At the heart of Gregory Bolan’s business experience would have to be his significant life education. That education probably started during his four-year stint in the United States Army, where he was an Infantry Rifleman and Squad Leader. However, following that, Greg went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he majored in Finance. Since then, he has gathered a lot of experience.

These days, Gregory Bolan is a Senior Research Analyst covering Healthcare IT and Pharmaceutical Services for Avondale Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking and asset management firm in Nashville. Over the course of the past decade or so, he has been working on improving and perfecting his skills as a research analyst, which is why he landed at Avondale. Before that, Greg served as the Managing Director of Healthcare Equity Research in Sterne Agee’s Nashville office, where he focused primarily on pharmaceutical company stocks.

In 2014, Greg was recognized as a “Number 1 Stock Picker” for Life Science Tools & Services by Starmine. In 2010, he was named the “Best Up & Comer” as part of Institutional Investor’s All-American Research Team Survey in 2010. Gregory Bolan has an enviable level of experience also includes significant time as a Director of Healthcare Equity Research for Wells Fargo Securities and as a Senior Associate of Healthcare Equity Research with Jefferies & Company. In both cases, he worked out of their Nashville office. However, he also spent time as an associate with a focus in healthcare with FNY GMG Capital in New York City.
